Job Vacancy at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent (MPM Rent)
Currently (MPM Rent) is providing job vacancies to join in the following positions:
ADMIN OPERATION
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative processes related to rental unit operations
- Synchronize, compare, and monitor vehicle unit movement data available at branches.
- Responsible for the verification process of documents related to vehicle insurance bills (insurance claims)
- Create report data updates related to branch teams and third parties (vendors)
- Create operational reports (Ms Excel and internal systems)
Qualifications :
- Minimum education D3 from all majors
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have at least 1 year experience in transportation/logistics administration (preferred)
- Experienced in handling vehicle insurance (preferred)
- Able to operate Ms Office and accustomed to using the system
- Able to work in a team or individually professionally
- Accustomed to a fast working pace
Area Placement:
- Pontianak, West Kalimantan
- Samarinda, East Kalimantan
- Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi
- Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung
